Michael Parker is the new Food and Beverage Manager at Gray Plantation. He is a Barbe High and McNeese graduate. Michael has an extensive background in the restaurant industry, including six years in New Orleans at several well-known restaurants, including Commander's Palace and House of Blues. Locally, Michael has worked at LaTruffe Sauvage, Hemingway's and Pujo Street Café and Players’ Plantation House.In his new position, Parker is responsible for managing the daily operations of both Cypress Grill and the Evergreen Room. |
