Operation of Three or Four Wheelers on Graywood Property
In compliance with the laws for the State of Louisiana and the City of Lake Charles, three and four wheeler motorized vehicles are not allowed on city streets. These vehicles are also not allowed on drainage laterals, sidewalks or banquettes. Graywood is located within the city limits and therefore we must enforce the laws which govern our city and state. All property at Graywood is part of The Gray Estate. It is against Gray Estate policy to allow the use of any off-road vehicle on family owned property. This policy will be strictly enforced.
