Schedules for Pool and Clubhouse
The pool and clubhouse are for your family’s fun and relaxation. Here are a few rules we need to review for everyone’s convenience and safety:
Property Owner and Golf Member’s Pool
Located just north of the ProShop
- The pool is open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm. On Friday and Saturday evenings the pool has extended hours exclusively for Graywood families. The pool attendant will announce closure at 8:30pm and gates must be locked at 9:00pm. There are no lifeguards on duty at the HOA pool, therefore proper supervision of children is essential.
- Property owners must sign in with the attendant and present a Graywood ID card. After lot closing, cards can be picked up from Ann O’Reilly on the second floor of the clubhouse during your new owner orientation.
- The pool needs to be kept clean and be a place we are all proud to bring family and guests. You are asked to please dispose of your own trash and take home all toys after each visit.
The Graywood pool is available for small birthday parties but you must register with management before the event. It cannot be closed to other Graywood swimmers during the party. Decorations are permitted as long as they are removed when the party is over. A $50 booking fee will be assessed for clean-up.
- Guests are welcome at the pool as long as invited by a Graywood resident. You must be present while your guest is using the pool. Please limit the number of guests to one per resident. There will be a $3 fee for each guest. Monies collected will be designated strictly to pool safety, maintenance and improvements.
- Grandchildren and immediate family are not considered guests. You do not have to be present for family to use the pool but they must present your green ID card.

Gray Plantation Clubhouse
- The Gray Plantation Clubhouse is a full service facility and open to the public.
- The Cypress Grill on the west side of the clubhouse is for casual dining and open 7 days a week. Hours of operation are seasonal so call 562-1206 for food service availability.
- The Evergreen Room on the east side of the clubhouse is for more formal dining, resident social events, elegant receptions and other catered events.
- All functions held in the clubhouse must be booked through the clubhouse manager to insure there is no conflict on the calendar.
